The official language of the congress is English and Turkish . Simultaneous translation will be available for keynote speeches and panel sessions.
Registration and Information Services
The registration and information desks will be located at the reception of congress center and operating between 07.30 and 22.00. The registration fee covers accesses to the scientific sessions, panel sessions, exhibits and congress documents (program book, certificate of attendance, congress case and badge), coffee breaks, two-day lunches and gala dinner. Participants who have not previously registered will be able to complete their registration at "On-Site Registration Desk". See the details in “Congrees Registration”.
Certificate of Attendance
Certificate of attendance will be provided to all registered attendants.
Badges
Badges will be distributed at the registration desks. Participants without badges will not be admitted to the congress activities.
Speaker's Ready Room
The Speaker’s Ready Room will be located at the Congress Venue and will be operating during the congress.
Internet Cafe-Information Center
Internet Cafe and Information Center will be available to all participants during the congress between 08:00-18:00.
